Airline Administration Center (Thailand) Limited (AAC) is a well established and independent company, which is owned by and serves Lufthansa German Airlines. We are providing Shared Services for the field organization of Lufthansa German Airlines for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North-Eastern Africa.



Our product is the processing of standardized workflows in financial administrative tasks, ticket sales data processing, and sales / fare auditing. The AAC team is dedicated to their job, customer oriented and provides services in highest quality standards. We take the challenge to be measured and developed according to productivity and performance.

Besides the regular company functions AAC Bangkok is organized in 4 main departments:

1. FI Department

The FI Department is working in 4 teams, structured in AR (accounts receivable) and AP (accounts payable) functions. The teams are responsible for timeliness and correctness of accounting and financial data processing in standardized workflows.

2. HR-Admin. Department

The HR-Admin/Duty Travel Team is completing the settlement of duty travel expenses and handles the processing of related financial accounting data in SAP/R3.

3. SA Department

The sales data processing- and –auditing teams audit the correctness of sales reports and complete and correct missing data imported from the EDP-system. They assure that under collections of air ticket revenues and air traffic related taxes will be collected from the independent passenger and cargo agents and that commissions deducted from the sales will be correct.

4. FAU Department

The fare auditing team checks the correctness of calculations and applicability of fares in markets according to published fares or special market conditions and issues respective invoices in case of differences.
